RESISTANCE: With the 8 foot dynamic stretch cord, resistance increases with effort. Order an additional shorter cord if needed.
ADJUSTABLE: Belt is adjustable to fit various individuals sizes.

Now offered in 2 different sizes for just the right fit! Fits adult swimmers. This kit includes an adjustable belt (select your belt size) with an 8 foot stretch cord and a non-slip travel strap to anchor everything to a handrail, post, ladder rail or any other stationary fixed object. Turn any pool into an olympic size lap pool. We recommend attaching the strap higher than 36 inches from water level for proper swimming angle. To adjust the belt to meet your needs, ensure there is enough slack in the belt. You don't want the belt to be too tight. Slide the rear ring to adjust for comfort. The S/M ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 18 inches to 48 inches. The L/LX ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 24 inches to 60 inches. Allow about 2 inches of slack behind the spine and place on "forward tip of hips".
